Just wanted to give a huge thanks to David Cruz at The Ketogenic Reset in Eagle. My wife Nita and I have been working with David since May of this year. At that time I had lost about 15 pounds doing my own Keto plan. After we met with David my wife and I both decided to go through his plan. Since then my wife has lost around 35 pounds and I have lost an additional 40 pounds.
We have both learned a ton about nutrition and how to have a healthy relationship with food going forward. Our goal was not only to lose weight but to be able to keep it off the rest of our lives and I think David's program will be great for that from here on out now that we have attained our goal weights.

Hi my name is Kaya. It all started when I saw pictures of David and Lauren and their incredible physiques competing on stage in muscle fitness competitions. I had never seen David look this muscular, this defined, this fit and healthy. Upon talking to him, I learned it was a keto lifestyle. At first, I was incredible skeptical. How was I going to eat a 75% fat diet, 20% protein and less than 5% carb diet and yet get strong lean and ripped? That made no sense to me in the very beginning. Not only do I play very competitive rugby ?, I also deliver high energy success coaching seminars where I am standing on my feet for many hours, so having great energy on stage while speaking and standing for several hours, that was another real concern for me.
To my amazement, once I got used to the keto diet, I started to lose fat around my body and I got more cut, without losing any muscle. Also, my rugby teammates were all shocked to see me get so ripped and faster on the rugby field too.
In addition, David has incorporated intermittent fasting with my keto lifestyle and what is most surprising to me is that I can go a whole day with no food, just water, and as I approach the 18th hour, 20th, 22nd and 24th hour mark; I actually feel like I am gaining even more energy as time passes, not less, which is totally counterintuitive. In addition, I am in a really great mood the whole time as I am doing it.
In fact, I delivered two seminars and a did a full 2 hour gym workout on a completely empty stomach of 24 hours and yet I felt like I had even more energy to spare. Then I ate one meal for the day and it was easy for me to do it.
I am 48 years old and I feel like I have found the fountain of youth again. What I have come to realize is that the traditional American diet which is heavy on carbs, is very unhealthy and is creating inflammation in the body that is leading to all kinds of health issues for our population. David and Lauren have changed my life, I am so so grateful to them. Follow their advice, the proof is in the picture ❤️???

My fiancée and I have tried numerous ways of losing weight...diet, workouts, "secret" pills/shakes/etc., and we've done keto before. However, we've never been able to remain consistent with it nor has it ever been an easy task to live with.
David & Lauren have been a blessing! The Ketogenic Reset they guided us through has dramatically improved our health and lifestyle far beyond our expectations!!! They offered specific guidance (male & female) along our journey to support us the entire time. They were accessible and would respond to our various questions (and we had tons) in a timely manner...most of the time they would respond right away! We thought we knew how to do "keto", we were wrong. They showed us that it is waaay easier, waaay more delicious, and provides waaay better results than we ever thought!
We began with David & Lauren in February, and we are still living this Ketogenic Lifestyle, with ease too! We have gone on vacations, professional sports games, concerts, parties, and everything in-between. We have hectic work schedules (we are healthcare professionals) and work 12+ hour night shifts and have to prepare our own meals. Still, this is super easy to do and is the longest we've ever stuck with any sort of diet/exercise routines/etc.
I know this may sound too good to be true, but this is LEGIT! No bull$h!t, just look at our before and after pictures! The after picture was taken this past weekend btw. Together we have lost 80+ pounds, have tons of energy, and just, feel good!!!!! I joke about it all the time when asked what the secret is to our success or how much did we have to workout...my response is simple. I say it's David & Lauren! HA!!! It's all diet and their guidance! People really trip out when I tell them we've worked out maybe 20-30 times total since January.

David and Lauren opened the doors to a new chapter in my life. One that is not lead by fad or crash diets... but is fueled by a sustainable lifestyle. I've learned so much over the last 3 months about Keto and IF. I'll positive i will never go back to my obese self. i feel great and have found a new passion - my body and my health! 25lbs down in 3 months, i reached my goal weight, i worked hard, and i was completed dedicated. I started my weight loss journey in November 2018. I was 286 pounds, severely overweight, always in pain, taking Prilosec and tums daily for my heartburn, and borderline diabetic. That is when I first learned about the Ketogenic Lifestyle from David Cruz. I had heard about it in the past, but never know enough about it to warrant switching myself over. In the beginning, I was naive, I thought I could work out, still eat like I was, and lose the weight I need to lose. Initially, I dropped some weight quickly, which is expected after changing your habits and exercising daily.
After a month I had hit a plateau and couldn't get my weight to budge. I struggled with this for a while and finally approached David for some help. He coached me and gave me advice and was always a phone call away when I needed help. Starting at the end of December, we began preparing my body for the drastic change was about to encounter. He would not let me just jump right in and explained why I needed to prepare myself, and I am sure glad I did. January 1st, 2019, I made the transition. Within the first week, I noticed a significant difference in the way I felt, the amount of energy I had, and the fact that I no longer am in pain every morning when I woke up. When I made the transition, I was 264 pounds, feeling better but still had a long way to go.
As of today, March 21st, 2019, I have lost a total of 64 pounds, on most days I have more energy than I know what to do with and I have not had to take heartburn mediation or dealt with the symptoms of pre-diabetes. My body feels like it has a new lease on life and I cannot wait to see what the next couple of months are going to be like.
I started my health journey on February 16th this year and it's working. So far I'm down 68lbs. I can't wait to hit my goal weight. Thanks to Lauren Cruz and my coach David Cruz for getting me into the Ketogenic Reset and giving me the motivation I need to keep going on this journey. Anyone can make a change if you want a healthier lifestyle and a healthy body, these are the guys to go to, they're such amazing people. After 8 months, I have lost 105 pounds.

Wanted to have a new relationship with food and possibly drop my vain weight...wasn't quite sure about the vain weight part... through good guided nutrition and guidance from David started at 138 pounds and now 120. The last time I saw 120 pound was entering my freshman year of high school. Beyond losing the weight part, you learn about which food support our body functions, like the thyroid. WEEKLY Check-Ins*
1. ONGOING MACRO-NUTRIENT BREAKDOWN:
First start with your first month only. Bi-weekly, we check your weight, mood, emotions, thoughts, energy level, stress level, monitor your ketones, see how you're sleeping, plateaus and how to overcome them, food choices, eating habits. All of these are determining factors as to how we setup your ongoing regimen.People's experience with a long-term Ketogenic Lifestyle may not always be positive. However, everyone would benefit from doing a short-term Ketogenic Reset. The therapeutic benefits from doing a Ketogenic Reset may have positive life altering results; as it did for me. With the proper knowledge and application of the Ketogenic Reset, a long-term Ketogenic Lifestyle can develop.
2. HOMEWORK:
First, the Keto macro cheat sheet and your grocery list. These two items will allow you to easily calculate your macros and knowing what foods to eat. You'll also be receiving lists for snacks if you like to snack occasionally. It's important you go over this and not just stick on your refrigerator and never look at it. I'll be sending videos to help further your education and have you understand the therapeutic changes that are occurring in your body as you go along in your journey.
3. LABEL READING:
Together I will teach you how to read labels and know how much of which chemicals that is listed is in that box, jar or container.
4. PORTION CONTROL:
Knowing which foods you're able to eat is only the beginning of your journey. Knowing how much of x is the right serving amount comes next.
5. SELF CONTROL:
Knowing when you're hungry and knowing when you're bored are two different feelings. Practicing mindfulness and or even meditation is the simplest way to overcome any hunger urges or cravings.
6. Patterns of Intermittent Fasting:
Everyone has heard how beneficial fasting can be but not everyone knows why! Learn the different patterns of time restricted eating and understand when to implement a particular pattern for specific benefits. This is an ongoing learning lesson.
